dZi Handmade operates exclusively as a wholesale supplier to retailers.

Individuals who wish to buy our products can hopefully find them at a local retailer or through online retailers.

We do not currently have an operational store locator but are planning to launch one as part of our ecommerce services as soon as possible.


Payment & Terms:

We accept cash, checks, VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Returned checks are subject to a $40 fee.
All first time orders are shipped pre-paid by credit card or UPS C.O.D until a credit application and terms are approved.
To apply for net 30 terms, a credit reference sheet must be submitted for review.
This process may take 2 to 4 weeks. Please include a fax and email for your credit references in order to expedite the process.
Net 30 accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
Terms will be revoked on delinquent accounts.

Back Orders & Product Availability:

We do our best to keep our products in stock but since our products are handmade and imported from India and Nepal, shortages happen!
When a product goes out of stock, we try to maintain notice on our website, including the anticipate restock date.
Despite the warning, you can still Order the item for a later ship date.
If a shortage occurs, we back order all out of stock items unless you specify otherwise.
We will contact you once the items are back in stock.


Returns are ONLY accepted with prior approval. Please call for return merchandise authorization.
No credit or exchanges are issued on damaged or mis-shipped items unless notified within 10 days of receipt.
A 20% Restocking Fee will be applied to returns initiated 10 days after receipt.
No returns are accepted after 30 days of the invoice date unless defective.

Freight & Shipping:

All orders are shipped F.O.B. from Easthampton, MA.
We ship UPS ground unless otherwise requested (AK, HI, CAN are generally shipped via USPS unless requested otherwise.)
Handling charges for consignee billing may still apply.
Invoices are routinely enclosed in the shipment unless you specific mailing to a separate billing address.
All freight, handling and any COD charges are billed to the customer as a separate line items to the inventory.

Free Shipping:

Any and all Free Shipping offers apply to packages being shipped to Continental United States addresses only.
Free Shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, or any US Territory shipping addresses.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice and may differ between the catalog and website.
The website prices are always the most current.
All prices are generally updated at the start of each calendar year.
