Ordering
Our minimum opening order is $200 and must be accompanied by a tax resale ID number. There is no minimum for re-orders. Prices are listed at the wholesale price current at publication. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice but are generally updated each spring.

Terms
All first time orders are shipped pre-paid by credit card or UPS C.O.D until a credit application is approved. To apply for net 30 terms, a credit reference sheet must be submitted for review. This process may take 2 to 4 weeks.
Net 30 accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Terms are be revoked on delinquent accounts.
We accept checks, VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.

Free Shipping
Any and all Free Shipping offers apply to packages being shipped to Continental United States addresses only. Free Shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, or any US Territory shipping addresses.

Back Orders
We back order all out of stock items unless the customer specifies otherwise.

Freight
Orders are shipped F.O.B. from Easthampton,MA. All freight, handling and COD charges are billed to the customer. We ship UPS ground unless otherwise requested. (AK, HI, CAN are shipped USPS.) Handling charges for consignee billing still apply.

Returns

• Returns are ONLY accepted with prior approval.
  
• Returns are permitted on items that are current stock. No credit will be issued on shop worn or discontinued items.
  
• Returns made after 10 days of receipt are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  
• No returns are accepted after 30 days of invoice date unless defective.
  
• No credit or exchanges are issued on damaged or misshipped items unless notified within 10 days of receipt.
  

Special Orders
All special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Special orders are non-returnable and non-cancelable. If special delivery is required, purchaser is responsible for all additional freight and handling. Allow 2 to 3 months for delivery.
