Lo-Res and Hi-Res images from our current web & print catalog are available to use with our permission as per the procedures outlined below.

• Images created and published by dZi are protected by copyright and may only

be used with the express permission of dZi for the purpose agreed upon.

• All product designs are also copyrighted and cannot be duplicated.

• Image use is reserved solely for client specified use and cannot be shared.

• Use of images for printed materials require inclusion of a photo credit “© dZi Inc.”

• The rights granted to client are for the usage of the final photo in its original form only,

however client may crop and/or resize photos.

• Client may not distort, manipulate, reconfigure, mimic, animate, create derivative works or

in any other manner alter the final photo without permission.

• With Respect To Such Usage, Client Shall Have Non-Exclusive Rights

PROCEDURE

Fill out our image use agreement form.

• Online Submission Form.

• Click here to download a form to fax.

We will confirm OK to use images via e-mail within 1 working day of your request. You may then download images.

DOWNLOADING IMAGES & RELATED INFO

LO-RES IMAGES (100 & 300 PIXELS):

Once your request for lo-res image use has been approved, you may download lo-res images from our site. We host two sizes of images in .jpg and .gif format on our website:

• THUMBNAILS are 100 x 100 px.

• PRODUCT IMAGES are 300 x 300 px.

Download procedure:

• FROM A MAC: Drag the image from our website to your desktop.

• FROM A PC: Right Click and Save As.

HI-RES IMAGES (1-10 MB):

Once your request for hi-res image use has been approved, we will send you a link and instructions to access to our online photo storage site. Images are approximately 1-10 MB in .jpg format.

ARCHIVED AND SPECIAL USE IMAGES

To acquire use of special archived images not available on our website or photo storage site, please contact:

Please include the image specifications you need:

• Image size or pixel size and dimensions

• Type of format (e.g. .jpg, tif. gif. etc).

There may be a discretionary $50 fee per photo for this service depending on the extent of the request. We will do our best to send your images within a week of receipt of the signed agreement.
